Hatz Systems presents forward-looking power packs
With its Bauma presentation, Motorenfabrik Hatz highlights more than 30 years of gained system construction competence. The Hatz Systems division puts emphasis on the benefits of the own new water-cooled H-series common-rail diesel engines
11 April 2016
Hatz shows its latest generating sets and hydraulic power packs at Bauma 2016, the world’s leading trade fair for the construction business, in the courtyard between the halls A4 and A5 on stand 9.
Perfect hydraulic solution from the modular systems
The brand new Hatz hydraulic units are a globally unique concept. A multitude of hydraulic power combinations from an existing series modular system can be realized. Proven for decades on the market, the robust Hatz diesel engines and reliable hydraulic components assure the best result for any area of application. The modular system is fully piped, includes all important hydraulic components such as 120-litre tank, filters, oil cooler with fan, multi-port valve and either a gear pump or an axial piston pump. A variety of hydraulic circuits as well as a remote control unit can also be selected as options from the series of modules. All variants are equipped in the standard with a 24 volt start system and powerful batteries in order to start the hydraulics reliably, even at the lowest temperatures with high resistances.
Individually adaptable
Customers are able to select the suitable hydraulic operating pressure as well as the desired flow rate. Therewith, Hatz Systems recommends a suitable type of pump based on the application (control, position of the hydraulics transfer interfaces, engine protection). This is how Hatz Systems is able to ensure the intended performance and a reliable hydraulic power pack. In the high end version with the EU Stage IIIB Hatz 4H50TIC engine, the new Hatz HAA‑55HDCW delivers a hydraulic performance of around 42 kilowatts.
Generator sets for the rental business
Equipped with the engine Hatz 4H50TI at 1500 revolutions per minute, the newest generating set Hatz HEA 27TDCW5 produces 27 kVA at 50 hertz and 400 volt and complies to the current standard EU Stage IIIA, stricter emission levels are optionally available with other engine versions. The set is available as emergency standby and continuous power supply version. With its robust frame and canopy, it is especially suitable for the rental market.
Special features thanks to the Hatz H-series engines
In the power class up to 62 kilowatts, the Hatz H-series excites with powerful, efficient and compact engines. The completely encapsulated systems impress with a sound pressure level of less than 65 decibels (A) at a distance of seven meters and the best fuel consumption of all machines in this performance class.
