Hatz is transforming itself into a technology company, reaching far beyond the production of high quality diesel drives. The long-established Lower Bavarian company is combining the expertise from its mechanical engineering skills and recently acquired know-how from the electrification and automation sector in an innovative modular e-drive system.

Electrical system toolkit for compact machines
Electrification and automation are increasingly taking a leading role in compact construction machines and devices. Hatz is developing an electrical system toolkit for compact machines and mobile robotics. A concept study will be seen for the first time at the Bauma 2022 in Munich.

Hatz wins Diesel Progress Summit Awards 2020
For the second time in a row, Hatz made it among the nominees. This time the engine manufacturer was represented in two categories at once — and wins both. The award for the Engine of the Year under 175 horsepowers goes to the three-cylinder Hatz 3H50T. The power generator Hatz fiPMG is convincing in the category New Power Technology.
