At Bauma 2022, Hatz will present the Digital Solutions to the wider public.

Performance Tracking

Hatz Performance Tracking is the first product from the Digital Solutions series. It is already being trialed by model customers. Performance Tracking is a fleet management service that supplies structured information, such as the operating status, consumption, or location of digitally connected Hatz engines. For instance, this information can be used to optimize the planning for the machine fleet, implement geofencing, or optimize maintenance points. This allows fleet operators to benefit from needs-based operation with maximum productivity and profitability. Delays on the construction site are avoided, while theft and unauthorized use are prevented or at least impeded.

Smart Automated Remote Application

At Bauma, Hatz will also provide a first look at Smart Automated Remote Application. This service enables the remote automation of processes that are difficult to access or are located in remote areas. The service also significantly simplifies workflows in which a manual process requires considerable additional time and effort. Very smart: sensor data or information from third-party systems can be integrated and enable the intelligent and needs-based automation of the processes. This saves time and resources.

Dr. Maren Hellwig, Head of Digital Business Development, explains the benefits for machine operators:

This enriched information is visualized in the browser-based Hatz IoT Dashboard, among other areas. The use of this data allows Hatz to offer a range of software and service products that make life easier for machine operators and make their companies more productive. The IoT Dashboard provides access to power, availability, location, maintenance requirements, and much more key information on the connected engines and machines at any time.
